QUICKBOOKSTIP:

USE MICROSOFT® OUTLOOK CALENDAR FOR BILLING IN QUICKBOOKS!

QuickBooks 2008 now has a Time Tracker which is integrated with Microsoft Outlook. You can quickly capture your billable hours in Outlook and send to the Time Tracker for billing or tracking. Employees can select meetings, emails and appointments right from their Outlook calendar and edit entries before submitting their timesheets. You then use Time Tracker for Microsoft Outlook to import time from your Outlook calendar. Those time entries can then be downloaded to QuickBooks for billing and used in QuickBooks Payroll.
