Step 2: Get Setup
Process & Procedures Setup
Depending on the services you choose, we will define the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks involved and map those out specifically for your business. We’ll produce a procedures manual that details what GrowthForce will do for you, as well as your responsibilities. We’ll define advanced reporting and KPI’s that will help you run your business.
QuickBooks Data Setup
We’ll review your existing QuickBooks files for problem areas and ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
System and Technology Setup
We’ll set your system up on our servers and integrate with banks, credits cards and other third party systems.
Step 3: We Go To Work
That’s it. We’ll handle the day-to-day or just the month-end closes depending on what services you’ve selected. We make sure you have accurate, up-to-date financial information that helps you grow your business.
