Junior Associate - apply online or send your resumePrimary duty is to provide direct support for client inquiries including guiding clients on complex accounting issues and principles. Prepares financial reports and applies principles of accounting to bookkeeping/accounting transactions, enters information into QuickBooks and provides customer service as well as performs additional essential duties and responsibilities.
AP Clerk - apply online or send your resumeEntry level position that begins experience in accounting from bookkeeping/accounting transactions, helps to prepare financial reports and enters information on the system as well as performing the following duties. Normally reports to or Senior Accountant.
Application Support - apply online or send your resumeIdentifies, researches, resolves and supports end user clients on technical issues of finance and accounting and business intelligence applications targeted to the small-to-medium sized business marketplace. Responds to telephone calls, email and client requests for technical support of accounting systems. Documents, tracks, and monitors the issues to ensure a timely resolution, and escalation and resolution with second level technical support.
