Background and Experience
Roger is CFO of Encore Power Services, a GrowthForce Client and a serves as a Director and Audit Committee Chair of Hyperdynamics (NYSE - AMEX). He is also a Director of Nutshell Mail, a Houston start-up company relocated, in September 2009, to Silicon Valley.
Previously, Roger was SVP and CFO for San Francisco-based SPL WorldGroup, a multinational software services firm that provides solutions to the utility industry and government, which was acquired by Oracle at the end of 2006. Earlier he was the CFO of ILOG, a provider of business rule management, optimization and visualization software and services. Roger led their IPO onto NASDAQ in 1997. He was also CFO at Insignia Solutions and Micro Focus, both UK/Silicon Valley software companies, which he helped take public on NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange, respectively.
Roger started his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse in London, England and San Jose, California.
